How much does a health screen cost?

•    8 or more screens conducted at the same location on the same day costs £49.50 each*

•    5 or more screens conducted at the same location on the same day costs £65 each.

•    3 or 4 screens conducted at the same location on the same day costs £95 each.

*Please note: if you have 50 employees or more Prevent Plc will guarantee to honour the price of £49.50, whether you achieve a minimum of 8 or not.

Who can you offer the screens to?

Many clients offer the health screen opportunity to family, partners and friends of employees.

By opening up the opportunity, the client can more easily achieve the most preferential prices and also be seen as a ‘more caring employer’.

How can the health screens be paid for?

If the company is paying, then Prevent plc will invoice for the screening.

When the employees pay, Prevent plc collect the payments through the booking forms or web sites prior to the screen taking place.

The company can contribute part of the screen cost if they wish.

What are the tax implications?

•    If a company pays, it can claim the costs against profits.

•    Health screening is not treated as a benefit in kind and is not declared on P11D’s.

•    Companies are subject to VAT, employees do not need to pay VAT on health screening.
