Whose products do we offer?
As an independent intermediary, we are able to look market-wide to find the most appropriate policy to meet your requirements. We work with all respectable UK providers as well as a number of off shore providers.
Which service will we provide you with?
We specialise only in healthcare related insurance and schemes. We work with a number of other specialist brokers and would be happy to refer your details to them if helpful. Dependant on the cover you require; you may receive your benefit as either a service or as a financial payment. What will you have to pay us for our service?
In most cases we earn a commission from the insurance company, however we can operate on a fee basis if preferred, and any fees will be disclosed and agreed before any work has been carried out. We do not handle clients’ money and therefore cannot accept payment on behalf of any service providers.
Who regulates us?
We are regulated in the UK by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) to advise and transact general insurance schemes and immediately related services. Certain services fall outside the remit of the FSA, when this occurs we will make sure you are aware of this.

What to do if you have a complaint
If your complaint is directed toward Essential Health Ltd, please make your complaint known to the Managing Director at the address shown above. Your complaint will be acknowledged immediately and then acted upon as required. If your complaint is directed toward an insurance company or service provider, please bring it to the attention of a member of staff. We can then assist with ant complaint or issue you may have.
At the point of complaint or issue - we represent the interest of the client foremost and often find amicable resolution.
